Connie, sorry to hear that you have so much stress to handle.. I have also encountered this type of customers and they simply do not understand the content written in the eBook at times and start signing up stuff.. especially when it comes to recurring payment later..

Do not let this unhappy experience tied you down. You are not doing the wrong thing definitely

Maybe you can consider taking a short break from IM..
