Arghhhh it’s hair pulling time again as it is time to do the annual appraisal. I have been working on writing my own job appraisal for the past 2 days and it’s hard. One thing i can never understand is that why they need you to write about your achievements and results for the past year every year? ok ok yes they need to make sure that this staff is performing well and making contributions to the company….. ok but my company need us to do an appraisal every 6 months! that’s twice in a year and i think it’s too much! and i haven mention that we have to write “long essays” for 8 questions! I also have to review my junior staff appraisals *faint* and go through with them. Let me pull my hair out!

Strange that i dun have a problem with blogging hahah maybe by talking about my personal stuff makes it easier to write.  Ok something nice to look forward to…… tomorrow……..i will be……..CHALLENGING THE OTHELLO WORLD CHAMPION!!! yes no kidding! Suekuni san has agreed to have lunch and play a few games with me and my colleagues tomorrow! Woohoo lolz most probably we’ll be defeated as easily as killing ants! Nevertheless just for the fun of it to take stress off my mind doing my appraisal. Will update on the results of the Othello Challenge soon. See ya guys!
