emailsYou guys must be wondering ” Oh that’s easy! Just email accounts, nothing too difficult right?” but does it ever cross your mind that if you have alot of email accounts, how would you check them effectively? I just happen to clear off an exploding email account which has more than 4000 emails!!! It took a big load off me and i actually felt relieved!

Well normally i will have separate email accounts for different purposes and that was one of the accounts i use to sign up for newsletters and mailing list from other marketers. So which is why the high volume of unread mails. Let me share some tips to help you organize your email accounts better if you are an internet marketer or running multi-online businesses.

Tip No.1

Open an email account which you only wanna use for receiving newsletters, promotional stuff, sign up for other marketers’ mailing list etc and that email account will only consist of emails of all those categories. You will easy access the information and read about the latest product launches and who is promoting what products all under that email account. Also taking into consideration how each marketer writes their messages via the autoresponders. You will learn and gain knowledge of some copywriting skills out of it.

Tip No.2

Have another 1 or 2 email accounts for receiving your sales profit. For example i have an email account which notifies me whenever i get a sales and payment received. So everyday it’s also kinda cool to see money coming into your account and even at times when you are sleeping. It’s easy for you to monitor your sales and payment from reading all emails gather in one account.

Tip No.3

Also create an extra email account for all those support questions that your customers might have for your products. This email account will answer questions on shipping (for physical products), purchase enquires or support questions. You just have to check this account regularly and do the necessary.

I calculated and i have a total of 13 email accounts!!! Talk about lucky 13 hahah! I do more than half of those email accounts in my Microsoft Outlook and that is easy enough for me to check most of the important emails in one shot. For those which i can’t synchronize to Outlook, i have to check them manually. I hope the tips above may help sparks some tidy up for you for all your email accounts.
