Do You Upgrade Your Wordpress? New Theme For A Fresh New Look!
Out of the blue, i’ve decided to change my website template again and i really like this one very much! Taking note that Perry pointed out that my pictures tab doesn’t work, i have fixed all that and my site have a brand new face-lift! Woohoo! I have also upgraded Wordpress to version 2.7.1 using Fantastico and i realized that a blog is something that you might have neglected along the way compared to other online businesses. You may have written a few entries over a month but do you really care whether your blog is optimized just like the initial start? Upgrading your Wordpress version helps improve the SEO (search engine optimization) and interface of the blog.
After getting used to the new look and exploring the control panel of Wordpress 2.7.1, i found everything easy to use and the feeling is great! I have also successfully added a favicon beside the address bar and there’s my cute little green fish adding a personal touch to my website. I recommend that everyone should make a point to check the latest version of your website site interface and upgrade if necessary. This will help your site improve on the SEO aspects and also attract new readers to your site.
A comparision of looks between all my past templates below:
![]()
My first template – A simple 3 column theme with adsense and SEO optimised. Sorry i couldn’t find a larger screen shot of it. I remember i had it somewhere!

My 2nd template – I made the cute header myself. This is a Super Adsense theme but i find this very plain now as compared to the new one.

My New Theme! Woohoo! Love this! Love this! – Adsense all in, SEO Optimised, Clear layout for post reading, Nice 3 column widgets ready! Very clean layout!
So now tell me people, do you feel like you are ready to change your blog theme?

Hi Connie,
I am enjoying reading your post here ; )
just wondering how you set up the “Related Post” in each of your post, I wanna do that for my blog too.

Hi you can just get the related post plugin from Wordpress Plugins directory and then install it on your wordpress. Keep dropping by my site! Cheers!

Hi Connie,
Congrats on your new theme! Stuffs here are not cluttered compared to your previous theme anymore.
By the way, is the “copywritting” script been affecting your comments plugin? Can’t highlight or select text in the middle for fast editing. Kinda irritating thou..
Just my 2 cents.

Hi Nigel,
My site has the anti copying script which prevents people from copying my stuff or pictures. That is why you cannot highlight the words due to the copying script.

Hi you can download free wordpress themes and use them for free. The only thing you need is domain name and hosting which only cost you less than $20.
